Norrhavet has designed Strålfors' new invoice platform Payment
PostNord Strålfors has developed a customizable platform that revolutionizes customer communication by efficiently handling everything from dynamic and interactive invoices to reminders and debt collection. With Norrhavet contributing design and its deep capabilities and expertise in UI/UX and CX, the system offers flexibility to create customer-unique flows and supports individual communication in the channels preferred by the end user, ensuring a smooth and personalized customer experience every time.

Design
Norrhavet has contributed to designing the overall approach to how Payment should look and designed different customer journeys within the platform so that it can easily adapt to all industries. This project has been carried out in different phases where we started with different concepts and sketches, to expand the project with more verticals and more overall design for the different flows that needed to be communicated.
Channel flows and verticals
By mapping different needs in different industries, we found different functional needs in the communication chain and have through that designed different verticals that permeate everything from communication offers, to statistics and archiving. This is combined with various steps in the invoice process, such as debt collection and reminders, but also soft reminders and new customer contact.
Product demos
All these verticals have then been put together in mockups or so-called product demos that could then be used in different contexts. Both in the sales context as well as internal dialogues and strategy work, but also market-focused. With different forms of product demos, it is also very easy to understand the actual value of the product but also the scale of the product.
All channels together
Payment brings all your invoicing channels together in one place, giving you the ability to customize and choose how you receive and pay your invoices. Choose between digital invoices via SMS or email, or switch from paper to digital invoices using a QR code. With our flexible payment system, you can easily pay directly or schedule payments through Swish or A2A, which includes banking transactions via Tink and Open Banking technology.
Unique flexibility
The platform offers unique flexibility and tailored solutions to suit any industry. It includes everything from advanced statistics to customer service and chat functionality, as well as the possibility of individualized reports based on the user’s specific needs. With these customizations, we can also strengthen the client’s brand and offer features that are completely tailored to their unique requirements.
