Whistleblower channel

Report misconduct

Norrhavet's whistleblower channel lets you anonymously report suspected legal or ethical violations across the group. The channel is operated by an independent external receiver.

Last updated: 2026-07-06

Channel is being set up

Norrhavet has not yet crossed 50 employees in the group and is therefore not yet legally required to run its own whistleblower channel. In the meantime we refer to the competent authority above. Contact gdpr@norrhavet.com with questions.

Who can report

Current and former employees, interns, consultants, board members, owners, suppliers and contractors within the Norrhavet group.

What can be reported

Wrongdoing of public interest — suspected crimes, corruption, financial irregularities, serious workplace safety risks, GDPR breaches or other serious violations.

How to report

Reports are received by an independent external channel. You choose whether to remain anonymous. The receiver has confidentiality and may not disclose your identity without your consent.

Protection against retaliation

Under Swedish law (2021:890) on protection of persons who report misconduct, all retaliation is prohibited. The protection also covers those who report externally to the competent authority.

External reporting

You can always choose to report directly to the competent Swedish authority — the Work Environment Authority, the Economic Crime Authority, IMY or the Swedish Competition Authority depending on the matter.
