Norrhavet does not hire account managers, juniors or generalists. Every role is a senior person who ships under their own name across the group — fixed comp, full ownership, no agency layer.

The role

What someone at Norrhavet actually does.

Someone owns the outcome of one client engagement or one brand line end to end — recommend, scope, ship, report. There is no separate strategist, project manager or account executive between you and the work; the telephone game is the thing we refuse to play.

We hire founders, engineers, designers, copywriters and growth leads who have shipped at least one person role before, in-house or at another studio. Title matters less than what you have actually put live.

Comp

Fixed comp, brand equity, plain numbers.

A named monthly fee in plain numbers — same model as our client work. Team who own a group line get brand equity in that line on top of comp. No retroactive line items, no commission games, no performance theatre.

Remote-first across the Nordics and EU, with quarterly on-site sessions in Stockholm or Gothenburg. We expect overlap with Swedish working hours, not physical presence.
