Hasty Sales · CRM system

A CRM system for Swedish B2B teams — built around pipeline and Swedish company data, not around form fields.

A CRM system is where a sales organisation keeps companies, contacts, activities and deals so the forecast can be trusted. Hasty Sales builds CRM for Swedish B2B teams: Swedish company data built in, a pipeline that mirrors how you actually sell, and integrations with mail, calendar and LinkedIn.

Definition

What a CRM system is — and what it is not.

A CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) is a record of relationships: companies, contacts, activities and opportunities, linked to each other over time. It is not a reporting tool, not an email platform and not a substitute for a sales process. A CRM makes a working process measurable; it does not create a process that is missing. The difference between a CRM that works and one that becomes an empty database is almost always how little manual entry a deal requires to land in the right place.

Selection

Five criteria that decide whether the CRM is actually used.

One: time from conversation to logged activity — above a minute and logging will slip. Two: how much company data is filled automatically from Swedish sources rather than typed. Three: whether pipeline stages can be phrased as observable events (meeting booked, proposal sent) rather than states of mind. Four: whether the forecast can be compared to outcomes afterwards. Five: whether you can leave — full data export in an open format, without lock-in.

Data

Swedish company data is the difference between a register and a working tool.

Most international CRM systems lack Swedish base data. The result is that the salesperson types registration number, industry, revenue and address by hand, or not at all. Hasty Sales fills the record from Swedish company registries at creation, keeps it current and makes it searchable. That makes segmentation by industry, size and geography possible without a separate data project.

Migration

A CRM move succeeds or fails on the data cleanup.

A migration rarely moves only data — it also moves duplicates, dead deals and contacts who left. Onboarding therefore starts by deciding what comes along: active deals, customers with history and contacts with valid email. The rest is archived separately instead of polluting the new pipeline. Teams that clean first get a usable forecast within a month; teams that lift everything get a database nobody trusts.

Measurement

Forecast against outcome — the only CRM metric that matters.

A CRM that cannot compare what the pipeline said in January against what actually closed in March is an archive. Reporting should show conversion per stage, average time in stage and forecast accuracy over time. With those three, sales leadership can act on where deals stall instead of guessing.

Frequently asked

CRM systems — frequently asked questions.

What is a CRM system?+

A CRM system collects companies, contacts, activities and opportunities in a shared record tied to a pipeline. The purpose is for sales, marketing and management to work from the same picture of customer relationships and to follow forecast against outcome.

How do you choose a CRM system?+

Start from how little work is needed for the data to be correct: time from conversation to logged activity, how much company data is filled automatically, whether pipeline stages are observable events, whether the forecast can be checked against outcomes, and whether all data can be exported if you switch.

Why does Swedish company data matter in a CRM?+

Without Swedish base data, registration number, industry and address are typed manually or missing. Segmentation by industry, size and geography then becomes a separate data project. With Swedish company data built in, the record is filled at creation and kept current.

How does a CRM migration work?+

Onboarding starts by deciding what to migrate: active deals, customers with history and contacts with valid email. Duplicates, dead deals and stale contacts are archived separately instead of following into the new pipeline.

Is a CRM system suitable for small companies?+

Yes, but the requirements differ. Smaller teams need few pipeline stages, automatic data filling and no mandatory fields. If administration outweighs the benefit the team stops logging, and the system loses its value regardless of the feature list.

Which integrations are needed?+

Mail and calendar are the minimum, since most activity happens there. Then LinkedIn for prospecting and web forms for inbound leads. Anything beyond that should be justified by an actual workflow, not by a requirements list.
