Craft-as-default

Craft-as-default is the working policy that AI is applied as leverage on top of senior judgement, never as a substitute for it. Drafts, research and iteration are AI-accelerated; scope, recommendations, ship/no-ship calls and client conversations are not. The default is craft, and AI is the multiplier underneath.
