A Sounding is Norrhavet's first contact protocol. A prospect sends a short signal describing intent, timing and depth; the operator on duty replies within a working day with a single recommendation — either a fit, a referral to a sister brand, or a polite no. There is no pitch, no sales cadence, no nurturing sequence.
