   Kickoff

   60-minute kickoff in your Stockholm office or remote. We lock the year's narrative, the first three deliveries and the publishing cadence.

2. II

   Pre-production

   Director's treatment, shot list, locations and casting — handled by the same crew that will shoot, so nothing gets translated through a producer layer.

3. III

   Shoot

   Stockholm-based shoots within days of pre-production sign-off. One named director on the floor; you keep the raw footage.

4. IV

   Edit & ship

   First cut within 14 days, two revision rounds inside the subscription, motion and platform versions shipped with the master.
